CONNECTING Kick-off Meeting

The official kick-off meeting of CONNECTING project took place earlier today at CUT premises. The meeting hosted more than 15 participants both from the consortium (Cyprus University of Technology, Infralabs, University of Cyprus and Department of Antiquities) as well as from the supporters of the project (Department of Land and Surveyors). Prof. Marinos Ioannides, holder of the UNESCO Chair on Digital Cultural Heritage also participated in the meeting. CUT members have met earlier today to discuss and arrange final details prior to the kick-off meeting. An overview of the submitted proposal, the changes made after the negotiations with RIF and the key-dates of the project were presented by the coordinator of the project and discussed among CUT members involved in CONNECTING project.

Internal CUT meeting with other successful projects

The Coordinator of the CONNECTING project had a fruitful meeting with the other two successful proposals coordinated by the CUT under the call “SMALL SCALE INFRASTRUCTURES/1222”, namely the Cyprus Rheology and Fluidics Technology Centre (CRaFTC) and the Advanced Spectroscopy Research Unit for Sustainable Light Management (ASPERIUM) projects. The meeting was arranged to discuss joint activities in relation to budget allocation and procedures to be followed internally and equipment procedures.

Announcement of evaluation results for the Small Scale Infrastructures/1222 of the «Research Infrastructures Programme»

The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) announces the evaluation results of proposals submitted for the “SMALL SCALE INFRASTRUCTURES/1222” Call for proposals of the “Research Infrastructures Programme”, the evaluation procedure of which was completed within four (4) months of the Call deadline.
